Updates- We reserve the right to revise these Terms and Conditions at any time by updating this agreement online. Revisions will be effective as of the time the revised agreement is posted online. We are not required to notify you of changes to these Terms and Conditions before they become effective.

Privacy Policy

At Roadrunner Permits, we understand that your relationship with us is a private matter. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it. When you visit our website, any personally identifiable information that we need to fill your order such as your name, address, phone and especially credit card information will be secured. We do not retain credit card numbers in a database available to others. This applies to IP address and cookies, which we automatically receive as well. Under no circumstances will we ever sell or give your personally identifiable information to anyone. We are respectful and are fully committed to the trust you put in us for your privacy. The information you provide Roadrunner Permits will remain confidential and will not be sold for any reason.

Security Policy
Your payment and personal information is always safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name and address, so that it cannot be read over the Internet.

Refund Policy

Any approved refund will be given an option of having the initial purchase credited back to the credit card that was used to order the permit or have a replacement permit filed free of charge. All approved refunds will be provided as a credit to the credit card used at the time of purchase within six (6) business days of purchase.

Late Fee Policy
All invoices are due on receipt, as stated on each and every invoice. For invoices of 7+ days past due, Road Runner Permitting LLC reserves the right to add an additional 5% of the total invoice each week as a late fee. Example: If a customer is 10 Days late, Road Runner Permitting LLC may add an additional 5% of the invoice as a late fee. If the customer is 15 days late, Road Runner Permitting LLC may add up to 10% of the invoice as late fees. This goes on consistently until invoice is paid.

Routing Policy

For any reason if a requested route is not available from the state that you are requesting a permit from we will reach out to you via phone and/or email to inform you of this to confirm you are still wanting to order the permit. If we are unable to get ahold of you or do not hear back from someone from the company within two (2) hours we will file the permit with the updated route provided from the state. It is on the ordering party to verify all and any permits that are processed to verify what road access they have with that permit and Roadrunner Permits will not be held liable for any route restrictions issued by the governing state(s) for that/those permit(s) or any vehicle that isn’t following the approved route for the permit.
